All levels are welcome to join us for daily practice! In addition to drop in yoga classes we offer SIX DAY YOGA COURSES at a discounted rate. These six pre-paid classes must be of the same format (Mysore Style, Led Ashtanga or Hatha Vinyasa) and must be used within seven calendar days.
