Your ‘adjustments’ in Asana Class is excellent. Dr. Ganesh Rao’s Philosophy class is awesome. Kate was amazing in back-bending. Keep on doing what you are doing … I never would have come back to Arambol if I hadn’t found your school!!!

I learned a lot from Vijay’s TTC. I learned the Asanas well and the Pranayama. The lecturing classes on Anatomy and Philosophy were fantastic. I feel confident now that I can teach Yoga to at least someone who is a beginner… Over all I am glad I took the Course and I will take Vijay’s classes in the future.. Thank you Vijay!!
I cannot overemphasize how much every aspect of this course: teachers, helpers, organization, circumstances, surroundings and facilities contributed to my immersion in the practice of Yoga in a most revealing, down to earth, bone-flesh-and-spirit way. I am deeply thankful from my whole being for this experience. May all be happy!
Being able to practice twice a day with adjustments has been great for my personal practice and I have learnt a lot in anatomy and philosophy….
I really enjoyed the Yoga classes. I am feeling thankful for the knowledge shared by all of the teachers.
Having just completed the 200-hour Hatha Yoga TTC with Vijay, I am really satisfied with the course. Vijay’s classes are an institution in McLeodganj and it has been wonderful to practice with and correct the strong practitioners who travel across the globe to attend Vijay’s classes.
First of all, thank you for putting it all together. Everyone has worked very hard and diligently. Much love Vijay! I enjoyed the different teachers for different topics – Anatomy, Philosophy, Methodology, Back-bending and Pranayama. Much love and aloha!
It was an interesting Course – good methodology, where you learn clearly how to handle students during their asanas; great Indian Philosophic teaching with Dr. Ganesh and equally good teaching in Anatomy from Lisa. I enjoyed the atmosphere; quite relaxed but still serious and uplifting. Thank you all!!
Vijay’s methodical approach to explaining, teaching and adjusting asanas has provided me with a solid foundation with which to commence my journey as a yoga teacher. Morning pranayama with Gopi was highlight and philosophy with Dr N. Ganesh Rao was excellent!! He is a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to tracking him down and studying with him further. A big thank you to Vijay, Shiva, Gopi and Dr Ganesh for all your time and energy.
The TTC conducted by Universal Yoga Centre under Vijay has laid a good foundation in me for fulfilling my intentions of starting a Yoga Studio. The personal attention given to me and other students was amazing and I felt connected to all the teachers. I liked watching my body transforming gradually in the asana practice.
I really enjoyed the Course. I think Vijay has got a lot of experience on it. I really enjoyed the classes with Lisa and Dr. Ganesh. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you very much!
The teachers for this course have been truly mind-opening and have exceeded my expectations from the Course. Vijay is by far the most advanced performer of asanas I have ever seen. Dr. Ganesh is a brilliant thinker, fascinating in so many subjects. I feel really privileged to share this time with him.
