Our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Beginner Hatha Vinyasa Course is a program designed to give you the basic knowledge, skills, and confidence to practice yoga based on the Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.
The asana part is mainly derived from the traditional Hatha and Modern Vinyasa yoga. Our comprehensive curriculum covers asana practice, pranayama, meditation, philosophy classes, asana methodology, and asana alignment.

10:30 – 11:30 am – Breakfast
12:00 – 1:00 pm – Philosophy

2:00 – 03:30 pm – Light lunch

Course guidelines and details
The participants of this course are in the same group as the 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga YTTC. You will participate in some classes, others are optional, and others are exclusive of the 200hr YTTC. You will get a 100-hour Beginner Teacher Training Certification
